We are currently seeking an Insurance Back-Office Processor who will manage the administrative and operational tasks required to keep policies active and claims resolved. They are the behind-the-scenes professionals responsible for data entry, claims payment processing, compliance checks, and stakeholder coordination to ensure workflows run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Claims Processing: Reviewing claim forms, verifying coverage, updating file systems, and coordinating with adjusters, doctors, and claimants.
  • Policy Administration: Processing new business applications, handling renewals, and ensuring data is correctly entered into policy management systems.
  • Document Management: Digitizing, scanning, indexing, and organizing extensive client records and legal documents.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Checking contracts against regulatory requirements and company guidelines to mitigate risk.
  • Billing & Account Resolution: Processing premium payments, managing invoices, and resolving disputed or denied claims.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the US healthcare insurance processes
  • Understanding insurance protocol, primary, and secondary insurance
  • Familiar with rejection codes from the insurance company
  • Knowledge of hospital operations
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of HIPAA guidelines and patient data privacy standards.
