Key responsibilities
  1. Managing office correspondence, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages
  2. Maintaining and organizing office files, records, and databases to ensure information is easily accessible
  3. Supporting scheduling and calendar management for team members and meeting coordination
  4. Performing general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  5. Handling office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
  6. Assisting with reception duties including greeting visitors and managing incoming telephone calls
  7. Supporting various departments with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed
  8. Ensuring the office environment remains clean, organised, and well-maintained
  9. Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents
  10. Liaising with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and support services
What we're looking for
  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a post-secondary qualification in administration or office management is highly advantageous
  2. Proven experience working in an administrative or office support role, ideally in a fast-paced business environment
  3. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and ideally Tagalog
  6. Professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude towards colleagues and visitors
  7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all administrative work
  8. Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to maintain consistent attendance
  9. Flexibility and willingness to support various departments and take on diverse responsibilities
  10. Basic knowledge of office equipment operation (photocopiers, printers, etc.)
