About the role
Liwayway Marketing Corporation is seeking a talented and experienced Company Nurse to join our team in Anabu I-C Imus City Cavite. As a full-time Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care and health support to our employees, ensuring their well-being and productivity.
What you'll be doing- Providing first aid and emergency medical assistance to employees as needed
- Administering vaccinations, conducting health screenings, and monitoring employee health
- Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Educating employees on health and wellness topics, promoting a healthy work environment
- Collaborating with management to develop and implement health and safety policies
- Coordinating with external healthcare providers and insurance providers as necessary
- Participating in regular training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Company Nurse or in a similar clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of general medical practices, occupational health, and workplace safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care
- Proficient in using medical equipment and electronic medical record systems
- Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and professional ethics
