Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team for the graveyard shift during Central Time. This position will have you working Monday-Friday from 830am-5:30pm and Saturday an Sunday off . If you are fluent in English and have experience working in a medical office or call center setting, we want to hear from you!

Experiance in Psychiatric Practice is a plus . A video interview is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Interacting with clients to obtain information for appointments with clinical staff
Accepting payments for services
Taking messages for medication refills, appointment changes, and cancellations
Medical background is a plus

Benefits:
