Your key responsibilities are:

Pre-Training Activities:

• Conduct Training Needs Identification & Analysis (TNIA) for clients
• Develop comprehensive TNA reports with recommended interventions
• Research the latest trends in workforce development, sales, and analytics
• Design leadership, succession, and sales training materials
• Create training handouts, workbooks, and assessment tools
• Develop marketing materials and campaigns for training programs
• Prepare training calendars, invitations, and coordinate logistics
• Identify and coordinate with internal/external resource persons
• Assist in preparing the quarterly training calendar

Training Delivery and Support:

• Facilitate dynamic Sales Training, Data Analytics, and Leadership Development sessions
• Conduct training both face-to-face and via virtual platforms
• Ensure participant engagement and adherence to training protocols
• Support guest/resource speakers during training sessions
• Assist in other internal and client-based training programs as needed

Post-Training and Evaluation:

• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
• Conduct reinforcement activities and follow-through sessions
• Prepare comprehensive post-training reports and documentation
• Ensure completion of post-training logistics and activities

• Preferably a graduate of any 4-year course
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a trainer in a BPO environment
• 2 years of leadership experience, preferably within a BPO setting
• At least 1 year experience delivering B2B training
• Strong expertise in Sales Training and professional presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including dashboard creation)
• Preferably experienced in facilitating Power BI training
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office, Photoshop, Canva, and other creative tools
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
• Sharp problem-solving and project management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
