Job Description

As a Sales Administrator, you'll be the go-to support for a dynamic sales team-handling proposals, coordinating client events, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring all sales operations run like clockwork. Your organization and communication skills will directly impact business growth.

The Qualifications We Seek
  • A bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred but not required
  • At least 4 years of experience providing administrative support to a team; preferably supporting a sales team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce.com

Your Daily Tasks
  • Assists the sales team in collecting and compiling information required for a sales proposal.
  • Assists with inputting information into 3rd party medical underwriting software.
  • Helps prepare sales presentations.
  • Assists with client implementations, orientations, and enrollment meetings when needed.
  • Coordinates regional events for clients and referral partners.
  • Works closely with Regional Manager to promote brand awareness and G&A recognition in the market.
  • Helps sales team with content distribution via social media.
  • Maintains prospect files, census data, and sales proposals.
  • Provides basic computer training and support to the sales team.
  • Generates correspondence for Regional Manager and Sales Representatives.
  • Helps ensure data in CRM sales pipeline is updated and accurate.
  • Runs and tracks sales reports for management team using CRM system.
  • Assists with scheduling sales meetings, making hotel and travel arrangements, and related administrative tasks for Regional Manager.
  • Ensures closed sales packets are complete before submitting to corporate office.
  • Maintains close communication with the corporate office, and develops relationships with department heads, managers and key operations staff.
  • Makes recommendations on streamlining processes to increase sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Helps maintain ample office supplies and marketing materials on hand in the office.
