Management & Supervision

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards.
Ensure that the store meets its sales targets and revenue goals.
Provide leadership, training, and supervision to the store team to ensure smooth operations.

Visual Merchandising & Store Operations

Maintain effective store displays and strategic product placement to enhance customer experience.
Stay updated on current sales trends and suggest appropriate product pricing and promotions.

Sales & Performance Management

Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective store management and display optimization.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve results.

Inventory Management

Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

Leadership & Team Management

Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to maintain high levels of performance and efficiency.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and customer-focused service.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
At least 2 years of experience in retail management, sales supervision, or store operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in inventory management and sales forecasting.
Ability to analyze sales reports and implement strategic changes
Must have experience in managing or overseeing an e-commerce team.
