Quality Analyst (Spanish)

Access Healthcare is looking for Spanish Bilingual Quality Analyst to join our growing team.

Resposibilities
  • Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety KPIs
  • Investigate reports of quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Performs call monitoring and provides data, quality reports and feedback
  • Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level
  • Collaborate with the training team to design and deliver training programs that enhance agent skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in calibration sessions with other quality analysts and stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy of evaluations.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish Language
  • Must have experience as Spanish Quality Analyst
  • Must have B1 Certificate
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Amenable to work onsite
