Urgent Hiring! Admin Support and Logistics Staff
POSITION PURPOSE:
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the administrative department to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization, including serving as a backup driver to ensure timely transportation and logistical support when needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Performs administrative and office support activities specifically for the administrative department.
Ø Oversees the general ordering and maintenance of office inventory (i.e., supplies, equipment, etc.) in coordination with immediate superiors, including:
ü Office supply management
ü Monitoring inventory levels
ü Conducting price canvassing
ü Managing purchases
ü Handling requests for payment
ü Distributing supplies as needed
Ø Manages administrative utilities, including monitoring usage and requesting payments, while maintaining a detailed file, which includes:
ü Maintenance of equipment such as air conditioners, copier machines, lights, etc.
ü Communication systems maintenance
ü Regular monitoring of utility usage
Ø Supervises vehicle-related tasks, including monitoring vehicle conditions and conducting price canvassing for:
ü LTO renewal
ü Insurance matters
ü Repairs and maintenance
ü Addressing any other concerns that may arise regarding company vehicles.
Ø Documentation and filing of records for the administrative department, including renewal permits (Business, Sanitary, Fire, etc.).
Ø Oversight of company warehouse operations, including monitoring and inventory, maintenance, and addressing any other arising concerns.
Ø Providing driving services:
ü Serving the CEO and department head/s with transportation needs.
ü Assisting other employees with transportation requirements in the absence of the main driver.
ü Providing transportation services to company visitors as necessary.
Ø Perform other related task as maybe assigned from time to time.
