We are looking for a talented and versatileBPO Marketing Specialist who excels in content creation, video editing, graphics design, SEO, and social media management. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision and technical skills to produce engaging marketing materials, including videos, graphics, presentations, and SEO-optimized content.

This role will be integral to elevating our brand presence, driving client engagement, and promoting our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. The candidate must be comfortable working onsite and be able to work a night shift schedule, as this is a critical part of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing & Production: Plan, edit, and produce high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, client testimonials, service explainers, social media content, and internal presentations. Ensure videos align with the brand's voice and messaging.
  • Graphics Design: Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, social media posts, and marketing materials. Use design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to create impactful visuals that effectively communicate our services and brand.
  • SEO Strategy & Content Optimization: Develop and implement an SEO strategy to optimize the company's website, blog, and social media posts for search engines. Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and ensure content is optimized for maximum visibility.
  • Social Media Management: Curate, create, and post engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and increase follower engagement.
  • Content Creation: Write SEO-friendly blog posts, landing page content, case studies, and other digital materials to showcase the value of our BPO services. Create content that educates and attracts potential clients.
  • Presentation Design: Design visually engaging presentations for client pitches, webinars, and internal meetings using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or other tools. Ensure presentations align with the overall marketing strategy and messaging.
  • Branding & Visual Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring visual elements (videos, graphics, presentations) align with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Analytics: Analyze and report on the performance of SEO campaigns, social media engagement, and video content. Use tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and social media insights to measure success and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling visual and video content that supports lead generation, client acquisition, and brand awareness.
