About the role
Green Metal Processing Corporation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient running of our e-waste recycling facility in Mexico Pampanga. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring our production processes adhere to the highest quality and safety standards, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability.This is a full-time position based on-site at our facility.
What you'll be doing- Manage and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operation, including production, logistics, maintenance, and quality control.
- Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols to protect the wellbeing of our workforce.
- Lead a team of skilled technicians, engineers, and supervisors, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with broader business objectives.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation to support regulatory compliance and ongoing process improvements.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in operations management, preferably within the chemistry-based or e-waste recycling industry.
- Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement tactical solutions.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated history of building and motivating high-performing relationships with others.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional stakeholders.
