Role: Inventory Management - Team LeaderWork Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)
Schedule: Night Shift / Mid Shift / Morning Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Shall lead on the inventory planning, submission of required reports, inventory audit and ticket handling- Inventory Planning - To ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
- System and Reports - To track and manage inventory levels, movements, and valuations accurately in Netsuie. This system helps ensure that inventory records align with PEZA’s requirements for reporting and compliance. And as well as the ISO compliance documentation.
- Inventory Audit - verify the accuracy of inventory records, and identify discrepancies between physical stock and recorded in Netsuite. Focuses on weekly cycle count and shall lead the Physical Count together with the team. Includes also the audit of unreturned assets and global assets
- Ticket Handling - To effectively manage ticket handling for inventory-related request raised by the stakeholders.
- Detailed Task:
- Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the fixed asset management system.
- Set performance targets, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Shall monitor work productivity of members.
- Prepare OT plan and monthly request for overtime.
- Collaborate with third party developer to address system issues, implement updates, and ensure smooth system integration with other business tools.
- Generate regular reports for Inventory Team Manager and other stakeholders to provide insights into inventory performance and KPIs.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance inventory management processes, leveraging data insights and analytics to drive improvements.
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the inventory workflow and propose solutions to optimize operations
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory data in the system.
- Implement and enforce best practices for inventory control, including cycle counting, stock adjustments, and reconciliation
- Work closely with Inventory Team Manager to identify reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Shall lead the cycle count and inventory counts in all sites. And submit the reconciliation to Inventory Manager and General Accounts
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory records and monitor any discrepancies, promptly addressing and resolving issues.
- Prepare the summary list with BV of assets for disposal(faulty,bidding and donation)
- Monitor the warranty and insurance of assets
- Collaborate with General Accounts and Facilities for items for disposal
- Collaborate with other Team Leads on the improvement of inventory processes /procedures
- Meet or exceed the KPI and Objectives in relation to Inventory
- Suggest and implement efficiency enhancements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and safety standards related to inventory management in all sites
- Coordinate with regulatory and safety teams to ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines.
Qualification and requirements:
- College graduate preferably business course, computer science, accounting, industrial engineer or any related course
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the inventory / project handling / data analyzation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, word processor, database and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Able to work weekends on occasion
- Good Analytical and problem skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in procurement or supply chain management are highly preferred.
SOFTWARE:
- Advanced proficiency in procurement and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

- Knowledge/experience in ERP for Inventory Management like Netsuite/SAP etc
