HR Generalist shall be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP or in a similar HR role
Possesses Good verbal and written Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem-Solving Skills.
Independent, highly adaptable and trainable.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in English and Filipino
Willing to be assigned in Clark / Mabalacat, Pampanga. 6 working days a week.
