  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Dallas, Texas, USA (Central time), with 1-hour unpaid break

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a growing property management company’s success by mastering the complete tenant acquisition process from research to appointment setting. You’ll develop expertise in both lead generation and relationship building, giving you comprehensive understanding of the entire sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive lead research and prospecting using specified parameters to identify high-quality prospects
  • Build detailed prospect lists targeting potential tenants and key decision makers in the property management space
  • Execute professional outreach campaigns to engage prospects and build meaningful business relationships
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with pre-qualified prospects for the sales team
  • Nurture prospect relationships through consistent follow-up and professional communication
  • Maintain company visibility across multiple databases and target markets
  • Learn and implement company Standard Operating Procedures across all functions
  • Collaborate directly with company leadership to optimize processes and maximize results
  • Support various business functions as needed while maintaining focus on lead generation and appointment setting
Requirements
  • Experience in both lead research/prospecting and appointment setting or strong communication skills with willingness to learn research functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional B2B interactions
  • Proven ability to engage with decision makers and handle business-focused conversations
  • Strong research skills and proficiency with lead generation tools and databases
  • Performance-driven mindset with enthusiasm for earning bonus compensation based on results
  • Quick learner who can master multiple business functions and adapt to company SOPs
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives with direct client management and minimal supervision
