Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionist to be assigned at the BRX Gym located in Filinvest IT Park, Cebu. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth front desk operations.

• Greet and assist gym members and guests in a professional manner
• Manage front desk operations and daily reception duties
• Handle membership inquiries, registrations, and payments
• Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
• Monitor gym entries and assist in basic administrative tasks
• Coordinate with gym staff for schedules, concerns, and updates

• Must be a college graduate
• Experience in customer service or front desk is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed appearance
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, or POS systems)
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
