Fencing Estimator

Work Schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (AWST) | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time)

This position is critical for optimizing project profitability and supporting informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Calculate quantities of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs required for fencing projects.
• Develop detailed and itemized cost breakdowns to support bid proposals and budget planning.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and validate cost assumptions.
• Monitor and update estimates based on project changes, scope adjustments, or new information.
• Prepare and present cost reports and summaries to project managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain a database of historical costs and pricing trends for fencing materials and labor.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements in cost estimations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably with a focus on fencing or related infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with suppliers and project teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
