Logistics Coordinator

Salary Range: 13,000 - 16,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily transportation schedules, dipsatching, routes, and delivery timelines
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and clients to ensure efficient and timely deliveries
• Monitor and track deliveries, resolving delays or disruptions proactively
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, customs forms)
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate records of transportation costs and performance metrics
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to align logistics operations
• Develop contingency plans for transportation disruptions or equipment issues
• Support the implementation of logistics policies and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Gdrives, and GPS
