Accounting Officer

Job Summary:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance & accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Ensure that all accounting records and financial statements are accurate, timely, and compliant with.Monitor cash flow and manage treasury functions, including cash management, investments, and debt financing. Ensure timely submission of data for the Tax Compliance Officer.
General Duties:
- In-charge in financial transactions
- Generation of different reports
- Other Activities
- Other responsibilities
- Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Immediate Head and or Top Management from time to time.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, or a related field.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Similar experience as a Staff Accountant or relevant role in accounting
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets
- Knowledge of an accounting information system is a plus
- Good math skills, Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills, Confidentiality and integrity
