Customer Support Specialist - Online Content Platform
Job Description:
We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team supporting a global online video-sharing platform. In this role, you'll engage with users across multiple support channels (chat, email, and voice), helping them resolve issues related to content moderation, account access, platform navigation, and policy inquiries.You’ll deliver service that’s timely, accurate, and empathetic—ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Address incoming inquiries related to user accounts, content, and platform policies.
Provide user-friendly guidance on platform tools, features, and usage.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues.
Meet individual and team KPIs including customer satisfaction, response quality, and productivity metrics.
Keep current with platform updates, community guidelines, and policy changes.- Job Qualifications:
At least 2 years of college education completed (no back subjects required).
Open to fresh graduates, first-time job seekers, and career shifters.
Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher in Versant assessment).
Customer service or BPO experience is a plus but not required.
Willing to work onsite in Taguig City.
Open to a rotating shift schedule (night shifts, weekends, holidays included)
