About the role
Here in Wee Comm Magnum Properties, Inc., a Sales Operations Associate serves as the backbone of the sales function in a real estate organization. Their primary role is to support, streamline, and optimize the sales process by ensuring that systems, data, documentation, and internal coordination are efficiently managed.They enable sales teams to focus on client interactions and closing deals by handling the operational and administrative aspects.
What you'll do- Accept reservation documents from Sales Network Officer and/or Broker for booking of sales
- Review and validate reservation before sending of application to the Documentation department for further evaluation
- Scan and email reservation to Documentation department for approval
- Forward hard copies of the reservation documents to the Documentation department
- Assist Sales Network Officer with the coordination and preparation of open house events, General Assemblies, and other events
- Assist and monitor Broker and company-initiated activities
- Work with Marketing to schedule and organize marketing collateral for the events
- Attend Broker and company-initiated events
- Monitor birthday celebrants and top producers per project every month
- Prepare sample package computation
- Conduct one on one Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS) with identified Brokers
- Assist in the presentation and closing of sales
- Assist Brokers in client trippings, site orientation, showroom walkthrough, and online project discussion if required
- Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- With at least two (2) years of related working experience
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to start as soon as possible
