Sales Executive for Lending or Financing

Preferred Qualification: Candidates with prior experience in financing or lending companies are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

 A.  Sales Execution & Target Achievement
  • Actively promote and sell the Company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the branch’s overall sales goals.
  • Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and follow-ups to close deals efficiently.
 B.  Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
  • Generate leads through field work, referrals, networking, and other approved sales channels.
  • Build and maintain a personal pipeline of prospects and active clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
 C.  Sales Records & Pipeline Management
  • Maintain 100% accurate, updated, and properly documented sales tracker, ensuring that all leads, client information, and sales activities are logged and progressed in the sales pipeline within the required turnaround time.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all client and sales-related information submitted for processing.
  • Regularly update the sales pipeline to reflect accurate deal status and progress.
 D.  Network Building & Collaboration
  • Build and maintain a network of freelance sales agents or referral partners, to expand sales reach, when applicable.
  • Coordinate closely with the Branch Supervisor and other team members to align sales efforts with branch targets.
  • Participate in sales meetings, coaching sessions, and product trainings as required.
 E.  Compliance & Professional Conduct
  • Adhere to company sales policies, guidelines, and ethical standards at all times.
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the Company professionally in all client interactions and field activities.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in financing, lending, banking, or other financial services.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to do onsite and field work, including client visits and lead generation activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in documentation and sales pipeline management.
