Electronics Engineering Technology Instructor

CITE Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking a competent, committed, and industry-oriented Electronics Engineering Technology Instructor to join its academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality instruction, facilitating laboratory and hands-on learning activities, and contributing to the holistic development of trainees in accordance with the institution’s technical-vocational and dual training framework.

• Conduct classroom and laboratory instruction in Electronics Engineering Technology and related subjects
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, assessments, and training modules
• Supervise and evaluate trainee performance in both academic and practical competencies
• Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and learning resources in coordination with concerned offices
• Monitor trainee attendance, behavior, and academic progress
• Participate in curriculum development, program improvement, and institutional activities
• Coordinate with industry partners and relevant stakeholders when necessary
• Perform other teaching and institutional duties as assigned

• Graduate of Electronics Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related fields
• Teaching experience is an advantage but not required
• Relevant TESDA National Certification and/or Trainer’s Methodology Certification is an advantage
• Strong technical knowledge and practical skills in electronics systems, troubleshooting, instrumentation, and related areas
• Good communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work in a technical-vocational and dual training environment
• Values-driven, team-oriented, and committed to learner development
