BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY ANALYST
Job Description- Analyze and improve business processes and workflows
- Assist in SAP and ERP system implementation and integration
- Conduct troubleshooting, user support, and end-user training
- Recommend process and system improvements to enhance efficiency
- Generate reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights for decision-making
- Maintain documentation, reports, and system-related records
- Male or Female
- A graduate of BS Industrial Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in SAP and ERP systems, is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiar with Data Analytics Tool.
