Job Summary

The Process Manager is responsible for driving process improvement, governance, and standardization across the organization’s software delivery teams. This role ensures that delivery processes, change management practices, and product baselines are consistently applied and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

Process Governance & Improvement
  • Review and optimize end-to-end delivery processes to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Standardize tools, templates, and workflows with PMO, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Maintain and track a process improvement backlog through completion.
Change Management (CMB)
  • Oversee and assess project-level change requests.
  • Ensure change traceability from testing through production.
  • Coordinate impact analysis with PMs and BAs.
Deployment Governance (CAB)
  • Lead CAB meetings and production readiness reviews.
  • Validate release notes, deployment schedules, and rollback plans.
  • Ensure all production changes are tested, approved, and documented.
Product Roll-Up & Standardization
  • Consolidate project fixes and enhancements into the base product.
  • Coordinate roll-up planning with Technical and Release teams.
  • Audit client environments for consistency and standards compliance.
Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare reports on process improvements and change metrics.
  • Support internal and client audits to ensure governance compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software delivery, project management, process improvement, or governance.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, ITIL change management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating CAB/CMB or similar governance frameworks.
