We’re looking for a motivated Junior GRC Analyst (Cybersecurity & Risk Focus) - AU Client to join our team and help deliver Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) engagements across diverse industries. - What You’ll Do
- Assist and independently run parts of cyber risk, audit, and compliance engagements
- Configure and maintain Cyber GRC tools (MyCISO, Apollo Secure)
- Conduct control assessments (Design Effectiveness & Operating Effectiveness)
- Support Third Party Risk Management and supplier assurance workflows
- Develop and review security policies aligned with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, Essential Eight
- Contribute to cyber strategy uplift initiatives and risk analysis
- Engage with stakeholders confidently and professionally
- Produce high-quality reports, risk assessments, and executive summaries
- Contribute to service development and presales activities
- What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional written English and clear communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, analytical ability, and attention to detail
- Confidence in stakeholder engagement and asking clarifying questions
- Professional integrity and client-facing presence
- Exposure to cybersecurity, risk, audit, compliance, or GRC functions
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, Essential Eight frameworks
- Understanding of audit methods (DE/OE assessments)
- Foundational knowledge of FAIR risk methodology
- Experience with Third Party Risk Management tools
- Qualifications
- Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, Risk, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications such as ISO 27001 Foundation, CompTIA Security+, CRISC, or CISA are beneficial but not required
