What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day Role)

• Helping prepare lesson materials and engaging PowerPoint presentations
• Keeping attendance records organized and up to date
• Posting Zoom links and helping monitor class schedules
• Coordinating and confirming lecturers’ schedules
• Assisting during exams, grading, and other classroom activities
• Making sure students have all the materials they need for learning
• Providing extra support to both lecturers and students when needed
• Responding to student inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner
• Ensuring review materials and learning equipment are complete
• Supervising students and offering guidance and learning support
• Assisting in the distribution of student identification cards
• Performing other related tasks as assigned by your immediate head
• What We’re Looking For

• Friendly with good interpersonal skills
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Customer-focused and confident in handling concerns
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Zoom, and Canva
• Who Can Apply?
• At least a Senior High School graduate
