Job Description:
Provides Technical and Warranty support for processors, motherboards, servers, and networking products through phone, email, and chat. Technical in nature troubleshoots and provides customer service. Technical Voice/Email/Chat - Support.
Typical Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Fresh Graduate are open to Apply
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience Target:
- with minimum 6 months IT related work experience (BPO/Non BPO).
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in IT Technical Support/IT Helpdesk is preferred
- Handle level 1 and 2 support via phone and ticketing system.
- Has experience in providing phone technical support to end users.
- REQUIRED: Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Has experience in a BPO Industry - CSR/TSR
- Amenable to working onsite in a Graveyard shift schedule
- Must be near WCC or willing to work in WCC
