• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Recommend products and provide accurate information based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of cameras, lenses, drones, audio equipment, accessories, and other consumer technology products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and replenished.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies.
• Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging incoming merchandise.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support professionally.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, cameras, gadgets, or related products.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for technology are welcome to apply.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to learn technical product specifications.
• Goal-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules.
