  • Building clinical aptitude and relationship with Medical oncologist universe
  • Discussion, updates and alignment of Clinical studies, product updates and indicative use of the product in the Doctors clinical practice
  • Opening new insights in the treatment protocols and the products success factors to enhance the Doctors patient treatment protocols in relation to the product
  • Establishing relations with target groups of specialists
  • Establishing marketing and medical strategies for the local market;
  • Monitoring clinical trials and product feedback in the market;
  • Involved in medical events as moderator;
  • Represents OEPP in all Oncology Medical events
Internal
  • Preparing the medical plan for Oncology BU;
  • Conducts internal training of Sales Team on existing and new products
  • Conducts thorough review of all promotional materials for Business Unit
  • Works with PM/SM in the development of scientific modules for different medical programs and/or training purposes.
  • Conducts / Review regulatory documents such as local product documents and labels of product clusters.

KPIs

l CME Sessions
  • Represents Oepp programs by moderating / spearheading CME sessions
  • Conducts pre-planned small group meetings
l KOL Development
  • Identify and develop Advocates to support New Products;
  • Spearhead Ad Board Meetings

l Training of Sales Team

Conduct internal training of assigned products based on initial training program schedules and regular product reviews

l Scientific Module Development
  • Creates and Reviews Medical Modules for Speaker Lecture events
  • Search for medical information to augment clinical module

l Medical/Legal/Label Check

Supports Team to balance medical claims in all promotional materials

l Compliance

Submits complete, accurate reports with consistent punctuality

Business Development Financials

Create 2 - 3 new business annually e.g. new molecule or b2b arrangement

Business Development Customers

Conduct market assessment / feasibility for potential new products

Regular coordination with Regulatory for tracking CPR updates

Requirement:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or medical affairs experience required
  • Oncology experience preferred for building relationships with medical oncologists
  • Existing relationships with medical oncologists in the Philippines preferred
  • Basic understanding of clinical research required for monitoring clinical trials
  • Bachelor's degree minimum education requirement
