About FTW Foundation

FTW (For The Women) Foundation is a non-government organization committed to changing women’s lives through intensive tech-skills training that enables upward career mobility. Since launching in 2018, FTW has upskilled over 600 women, many of whom are now thriving in new tech careers.

We are a lean, agile team looking for a self-starter with a passion for women’s empowerment and an appetite for "structured chaos"—the ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

Reports to : Executive Director

Location : Makati City (On-site for the first 3 months then may transition to hybrid)

Work schedule and setup : Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary

The Partnerships & Development Officer will forge and nurture relationships with corporate and institutional partners to ensure FTW’s sustainability. We are looking for a strategic communicator with a background in sales or business development who can turn social impact into compelling collaborations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth & Acquisition: Identify and research potential corporate partners, CSR foundations, and grant-givers. Lead end-to-end outreach, including scheduling and supporting the Executive Director in high-level pitches to C-suite executives.
  • Resource Mobilization: Diversify funding by engaging key partners and exploring innovative fundraising opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with Programs and Marketing to translate field data and impact stories into customized, high-quality pitch decks and "win-win" partnership models.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for existing partners, moving from transactional donations to long-term "transformational" collaborations.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure partners receive timely impact reports and manage the seamless execution of Memorandums of Agreement (MOA).
  • Data & Analytics: Maintain a rigorous CRM database (HubSpot/Salesforce) to track the pipeline, prevent lead fatigue, and provide leadership with performance insights.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Development Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in sales, account management, or NGO resource mobilization. Experience in corporate social responsibility/foundation/NGO is a major plus.
  • Skills: * Proven track record of securing partnerships or client accounts.
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
