Sales representative - construction materials
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Euros Builder Materials Inc. Based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, this full-time role will be responsible for driving sales of our high-quality construction materials to both B2B and B2C customers across the region.
What You'll Be Doing- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and generate new leads
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and provide detailed reports to management
- Proven track record of success in a sales role within the construction materials industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in using sales enablement tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Familiarity with construction industry regulations and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
