Accounting supervisor

Job Description

1. Oversee the accounting and finance functions of the company
2. Ensures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards
3. Assumes responsibility for performing assigned accounting and related clerical support functions.
4. Assumes the responsibility of performing the company payroll
5. Assumes responsibility over Social Security, Home Development Mutual Fund, and Phil Health Insurance premium payments and various reportorial requirements.
6. Assumes responsibility for effective researching, tracking, and resolving (or properly referring) accounting or documentation requirements, problems and/or discrepancies
7. Assumes responsibility of establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Company Personnel and with Management.
8. Assumes responsibility of related duties as required or assigned.

• FEMALE
• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Commerce Graduate.
• Attentive to detail and computer proficient, results-oriented and has the sense of urgency.
• With at least 2- 3 years' experience on maintenance of accounts and records and other related functions is an Advantage.
• Honest, has a high sense of integrity.
• Able to withstand internal and external pressures
