Accounting Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Analyst to join our team! If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and knowledgeable in accounting processes and systems, we’d love to have you on board.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and monitor Accounts Payable transactions and processes
• Review invoices, billing statements, and payment requests for accuracy
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports as needed
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
• Assist in month-end closing and financial analysis
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding payment concerns
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
• Utilize accounting software for daily financial transactions and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
• With experience in Accounts Payable processes
• Knowledgeable in accounting systems/software (SAP, QuickBooks, Business One, or similar systems is an advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Fresh graduates are welcome
