IT Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain accounting and financial systems to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Manage user accounts, system access, data backups, and security controls for accounting systems.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for accounting system users.
• Assist in system testing, implementation, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Maintain, monitor, and support accounting systems, databases, and financial applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system, software, and user-related issues.
• Process and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, invoices, and receipts through accounting software.
• Generate financial, VAT, and management reports from accounting databases and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least one (1) year of work experience in IT support, accounting systems, or related functions.
• Knowledge of accounting systems or financial applications is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, databases, and reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, system support, and data management is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, including file and record management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
