Job Description:

The Bingo Manager oversees the daily operations of a bingo hall, ensuring smooth gameplay, regulatory compliance, staff management, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of bingo games, including scheduling, organizing, and supervising events to ensure smooth gameplay and a positive customer experience.
• Staff supervision and training, including hiring, scheduling, performance monitoring, and providing guidance to ensure efficient team performance.
• Financial oversight, including approving jackpots and payouts, managing budgets, monitoring transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
• Customer service management, addressing complaints, resolving issues, and fostering a friendly and safe environment for players.
• Marketing and promotions, developing strategies to attract new players, coordinating special events, and enhancing the overall gaming experience.
• Inventory and equipment management, ensuring bingo supplies and equipment are maintained and available for operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Typically a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, gaming, or management.
• Experience: 3–5 years in a related role, with knowledge of bingo operations and gaming regulations.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills; excellent customer service; attention to detail; and the ability to make day-to-day operational decisions.

Technical knowledge: Familiarity with gaming software, financial tracking systems, and relevant technologies used in bingo operations
