Overview

We are seeking a Restaurant Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a creative eye for developing campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, with 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the restaurant, F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer traffic, and sales.
• Strong experience in handling and managing multiple restaurant brands simultaneously.
• Proficient in digital marketing, social media management, promotions, customer engagement, and brand management.
• Skilled in market analysis, campaign planning, budgeting, and performance measurement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to visit restaurant branches.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote restaurant services, products, and events
• Lead advertising campaigns and oversee creative content production (posters, menus, social media, digital ads)
• Manage brand visibility and customer engagement across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with operations and management to align marketing with business goals
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights
• Supervise and mentor marketing staff to ensure high-quality output
