Call Center Agent - Healthcare Representative

Job Summary:

You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, representing the company professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or conduct surveys/sales (as applicable).
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently and empathetically.
• Document all interactions and maintain customer records in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
• Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• Senior High diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6 months experience in a call center is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
