Indutrial Engineer

About the role

1. Analyse manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of cost, quality, and efficiency
2. Design and implement process improvement strategies to streamline operations
3. Develop and maintain production schedules, inventory control systems, and material handling procedures
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address bottlenecks and optimize workflow
5. Conduct time and motion studies to improve ergonomics and employee productivity
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
7. Provide technical support and training to production personnel
8. Continuously explore and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance the company's competitive edge

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
2. Proficient in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Lean Six Sigma, AutoCAD)
3. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
5. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control
6. Adaptable to changes and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
