What you'll be doing- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of electrical systems and components for our facilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing electrical infrastructure and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of electrical systems with other building systems
- Analyse electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and operations staff
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and apply innovative solutions to optimise our systems
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices for electrical maintenance and safety
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proficient in the use of electrical design software, such as AutoCAD and ETAP
- Excellent understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, motor control, and instrumentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
