Customer Care Assistant

This position involves handling inquiries and concerns, and facilitating communication between customers and the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and a focus on resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, documentation, and operations, to address customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain customer records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to communicate promotions, product updates, and other relevant information to customers.
- Provide administrative support to the customer relations team, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with customers
