Our humble factory is located in Talamban, Cebu City, Philippines. We are licensed by FDA to manufacture foods, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and household chemicals. All our products are FDA registered with Certificate of Product Registration (CPR), a testament to our commitment to quality standards.

ACCOUNTING STAFF
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years experience in accounting or inventory encoding is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome if allowed).
- Knowledge in bookkeeping, AP/AR processing, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and basic formulas).
- Experience with inventory systems or accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, ERP systems) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data organization skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills, especially with warehouse/logistics.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential financial information.
- Willing to work onsite and flexible for month-end closing or inventory activities.
- Recording & Bookkeeping
- Record daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, payments, collections).
- Update books of accounts such as journals and ledgers.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Receive and verify supplier invoices.
- Encode and process payments (checks, online transfers).
- Maintain updated AP ledger and supplier reconciliations.
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Issue invoices, statements of accounts, and official receipts.
- Record collections and monitor outstanding customer balances.
- Coordinate with clients regarding payment schedules.
- Inventory Encoding & Monitoring
- Encode inventory movements (in/out) in the accounting or inventory system.
- Update stock balances, item codes, and pricing as needed.
- Reconcile physical count vs. system inventory and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team regarding stock adjustments, deliveries, and returns.
- Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, or monthly).
