Key Responsibilities

As our Technical Product Owner, you will own the product lifecycle from knowledge transfer (KT) to deployment and optimization:

• Requirements & Backlog Management: Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for corporate banking systems during transition phases. Maintain a healthy, groomed product backlog.
• Technical Translation: Translate complex business objectives into actionable technical deliverables for modern software systems (including Java/React.js web applications and mobile apps built on Kotlin, Swift, and React Native).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with developers, QA engineers, and solution architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing features.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Align with business leaders on long-term roadmaps for banking-specific features such as corporate payments, cash management, and trade finance. Ensure smooth adoption during system transitions.
• Performance Monitoring: Keep a pulse on product health. Post-transition, monitor critical KPIs including uptime, transaction success rates, and system response times.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all feature designs and technical solutions meet stringent corporate banking compliance, regulatory frameworks, and security standards.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Banking Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of banking systems, financial products, and regulatory requirements (e.g., core banking, digital banking, payments, lending, and fraud detection).
• Technical Foundation: Robust understanding of software development practices, cloud infrastructure, data integration, and mobile application ecosystems.
• Product Roadmap Management: Proven experience managing technical product roadmaps, defining strategic direction, and writing detailed technical requirements for complex systems.
• API & Cloud Product Management: Direct experience with API product management (e.g., Open Banking, PSD2) and cloud computing environments.
• Agile Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on experience using product management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Design Collaboration: Experience applying user-centered design principles and collaborating with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, customer-friendly interfaces.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and translate complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent data-driven problem-solving skills.

• Industry Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe PO/PM, or Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM).
• Specialized Systems: Direct experience with corporate banking platforms, treasury management systems, or payment gateways.
• Onboarding & Lending: Familiarity with modern customer onboarding systems or loan origination software.
