Quality Assurance Inspector (Plant-based / Tarlac)

Job Summary: Monitor, inspect, check and verifies incoming raw material deliveries, GMP and sanitation, in-process activities in the production and storage areas and the succeeding activities involved to assure that the product being processed and delivered meet the specification of the customers by strict implementation and compliance of workers to set standards of the Plant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct GMP inspection on personnel and pre-operational audit.
2. Monitor and verify implementation of set standards.
3. Conduct validation and verification activities.
4. Conduct GMP and food safety training to plant personnel.
5. Inspect incoming raw materials and outgoing products.
6. Coordinate closely with the supervisors and engineering and maintenance staff for immediate solutions to problems, recommended corrective actions or improvements to be taken to address problems concerning quality and food safety.
7. Initiate actions under his/her scope of work to assure that BSFI products, processes, and services are carried out in a protective manner to guarantee the integrity of BSFI’s food safety practices and to implement continual improvement programs.
8. Monitor and conduct sanitation audit and have direct communication to the sanitation officer.
9. Perform other duties required by his immediate supervisors.

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Practices, and Inspection Tools
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications for reporting and documentation
• Can work independently with minimal supervision

**Applicants must be willing to work on a stay-in setup in a plant.
