Job Title: QA/QC Engineer (Project-Based – Solar)
Location: Mabalacat City, Pampanga

Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000/month
Job Description:We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer to oversee and ensure quality compliance for an ongoing solar power plant project. The role involves monitoring site activities, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all works meet approved drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site inspections of solar installation works (mounting structures, panel installation, cabling, and related activities)
- Ensure all works are compliant with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor proper installation of PV modules, mounting systems, supports, and electrical connections
- Review and verify materials delivered on-site to ensure they meet project requirements
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation (inspection reports, checklists, test reports, punch lists)
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors regarding quality issues and corrective actions
- Ensure all non-conformances are properly documented and resolved
- Assist in testing and commissioning activities when required
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures during all site activities
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Licensed (PRC) is an advantage, but not required
- Preferably with experience in solar projects, construction, or QA/QC field work
- Familiar with inspection processes, documentation, and site coordination
- Willing to work on-site in Mabalacat, Pampanga
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle field inspections
Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday
