Scrum Master I Project Manager

Responsible for supporting various clients and projects across our customer base by facilitating retrospective meetings at the end of each sprint/project to ensure the highest priority retrospective points are met to the customer's satisfaction.

• The primary job duties may include coaching scrum teams in all areas (including sprint reviews and planning), milestone tracking, holding daily stand-up meetings, and collaborating with engineering, product management, and quality control departments to ensure the project is completed according to specifications.
• Ensures that the team is following the scrum methodology and keeps the team on track, productive, and growing in ability.
• Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
• Manages the project releases, sprints, and possible impediments.
• Assist in creating a release plan and help maintain the prioritized project/product backlog.
• Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint progress to all stakeholders and management.

Education – Bachelors Degree Graduate

Related Work Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in handling software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies (Scrum Framework).
• Experience in handling web and mobile applications.

Certifications is a plus - Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master certification
