Material Delivery Inspection and Receiving. Manage all incoming material deliveries on-site by working closely with warehouse personnel, the purchaser, and the security team to ensure that all deliveries are communicated and accurately recorded.

Material Withdrawal and Transfer. Manage all material withdrawal on-site and material transfer by close coordination with the purchasing department, engineering department, warehouse personnel, carrier, and security team to ensure that all material requests needed for operation by contractors, engineers, Move-In, and QC Team meet the delivery timeline.
Material Inventory Management and Monitoring. Maintain a clear and organized record of all warehouse transactions in the company's procurement system, including material delivery, backload, withdrawal, and transfer, by encoding all transaction data, creating a report, and sending a copy of all documents and complete attachments to the purchasing department.

Job Qualifications

At least graduate of any 4-year course;
At least 3+ years experience in any Warehousing Position and adept in MS Office applications;
With good communication skills; Possesses analytical and critical thinking; Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven.
Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity.

Projects Available:

Hermosa and Abucay, Bataan but must be willing to undergo 2 months training in Bocaue, Bulacan (free staff house)
