Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare project schedules and production timelines prior to the delivery and installation of finished products on site.
- Plan and allocate the required manpower, tools, and materials before the commencement of site activities and project implementation.
- Work closely with the Site Project In-Charge and Production Supervisor to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and familiarize yourself with the project scope based on the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and approved project drawings.
- Prepare and coordinate all required pre-site activities with the Site Project In-Charge before production deliverables are deployed.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and provide technical and operational support to the site team as needed.
- Male or Female.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Planner/Scheduler with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Experience in office fit-out projects, including project coordination, planning, implementation, and office interior/construction works.
