Qualifications/Requirements
Professional Experience and Minimum Required Qualifications:Candidate must be a graduate of Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or any related field from a reputable university; At least 1-2 years of successful sales background in a Consumer Goods industry; FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY; Candidates must have a thorough understanding and exposure to Key Accounts; Candidates should have analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, leadership skills, willingness to mentor and develop talent, and the ability to thrive under pressure; Must have a driver’s license and is flexible to do field work; those who are willing to be relocated get an advantage.
Role Summary:Ensures that account of assignment continues to grow in terms of scope, volume, and number of accounts; Provides promo of activities and store sell-in plans and discuss the opportunity to further grow the business; Provides and negotiates best deal programs; Plans and creates strategies to penetrate new accounts; Ensures that sales targets are achieved.
