About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated in Cebu City, Cebu. As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.This is a full-time position with weekends off, offering a great work-life balance.
What you'll be doing- Providing comprehensive administrative support to our management team and other departments as needed
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and general office organisation
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with various projects and special assignments as they arise
- Collaborating with team members to improve office efficiency and productivity
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative support role
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
