Job Responsibilities:- Handles patient care coordination and admin tasks
- Assists in HMO availments (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, APE)
- Supports VIP check-ups and services
- Monitors member enrollment and HMO ID distribution
- Reviews billing and processes claims
- Coordinates with clients, insurers, and wellness partners
